Luna started out as the sweetest dog ever. She still just loves to be loved, and wants to be near you, but her jealous side is starting to show. We’ve been reading/watching a lot of things by Cesar Millan, so hopefully we’ll be able to fix that behavior soon.
Luna suffer from excited pee, but Kelton and I have finally convinced her we aren’t that exciting, so we no longer have to clean up pee every morning after she sees us for the first time. I’m not sure if we should be happy or bummed, but we are definitely enjoying cleaning up less pee.
Luna is a total momma’s girl, and I am slightly obsessed with it. She’ll sit on my lap as I crochet, or as I’m editing photos. She also will just sit by my feet, or on my lap and stare up at me as I sing. She is full of energy and loves to play, but when she gets to sit on our bed she knows she has to be calm (no excited pee) and she’ll lay there for hours as I get things done, and wiggle her way around on our bed, keeping her bum down. She’s learned that if she stands up and starts walking around on our bed she has to get off, and she wants to stay.
Luna learns most things quickly, but shake seems to be too complicated for her. Kelton has finally kind of gotten her to understand, however, she’ll only do it after rolling over, and when she is still lying on her back, then she’ll shake her paw at you as you say shake. This little lady definitely bats to her own drum, haha.
