These strawberry rolls are seriously to die for. They are SOOOOO good! We tried out this recipe for the first time when we were taking dinner to a neighbor who’s basement had flooded. And, let’s just say K said their basement should flood more often so I’d make these, haha.

Mojitos are one of my favorites drinks. I normally do not enjoy mint, so it’s weird that this drink is a favorite, but seriously, it’s delicious, and so easy to make. I’ve made so many different versions of this, but a blackberry mojito is definitely a must try!
This is a soup we tried on a whim for K, and he absolutely loved it. I’m not a tomato sauce lover, or shrimp lover, so it definitely isn’t my cup of tea. However, it was a huge hit for K!
This pesto chicken caprese pasta was a huge hit with both A and K! It’s a quick meal to make, tasty, and filling. And, it reheats well, which is always a plus around here. If you don’t like mozzarella balls you could substitute for grated mozzarella cheese and still get the same sort of flavor.
