Blueberry Avocado Banana Smoothie
This smoothie, so far, is hands down our favorite smoothie we’ve ever made. I skipped the almond butter at first, not thinking it’d be important or worth the cost of a jar. I was soooo wrong! Don’t skip the almond butter, it is the icing on the cake for this smoothie. You should definitely give this one a try – trust me.
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh spinach
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp. chai seeds
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in your blender, mix until smooth. If it’s too liquidy add some ice cubes.
