Mom’s Chili
My mom has turned me into a snood in the Chili department. This is pretty much the easiest chili recipe ever, and one that K (the husband) and I love! It’s a staple in our diets, as with work, school, and everything else going on we never seem to have enough time, so this quick, tasty meal is made often.

Ingredients
1 lb. turkey burger
1 medium onion, diced
1 (32 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 (14.5 oz) cans chili beans
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Saltine crackers to eat with, if desired
Instructions

Brown the turkey burger, and onion, together in a pot. When the turkey burger is cooked through add the crushed tomatoes, chili beans, and chili powder. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes, then serve.
