Non-Chili
Non-chili was my go to meal in college, and I swear we had it at least once a month when we first got married. It’s so easy, filling, and it actually is very tasty, so it’s the perfect go to meal! And, we loved having it tonight on this cold night.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey burger
1 can mild enchilada sauce (red)
1 can corn (undrained)
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
1/4 cup water
1/2 onion, chopped
cheese, for topping
tortilla chips
Instructions

Chop your onion, then brown it in a pot, with your turkey burger. When turkey burger is no longer pink pour in your cans. The juice from the kidney beans and corns goes into this, do not drain them. Add 1/4 cup water, simmer for 20 minutes. Top with cheese, and serve with tortilla chips.
