Chai Overnight Oats
These Chai overnight oats are insanely simple, and so tasty! Chai seeds can have a really strong, almost overwhelming flavor, but when you prepare them this way, mixed with some berries (or other fruit), a bit of sweetener, and these are divine. They are also deceivingly filling. You feel like you’re barely dishing yourself a serving, then you’ll be struggling to finish, and reminding yourself to take a smaller portion next time. These Chai overnight oats are going to be lifesavers for work, and a nice change from our usual breakfast choices.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Quaker Oats rolled oats
1/4 cup chai seeds
1 cup milk
pinch of salt and cinnamon
maple syrup, or other sweetener like honey, agave nectar, etc – to taste
1 cup frozen berries, blended in blender or ninja chopper
–Toppings–
Yogurt, if desired
Fresh berries, if desired
Brown sugar, about 1/2 Tbsp. per serving, if desired
Coconut flakes, if desired
Almonds, if desired

Puree the berries.

Stir oats with your frozen berry puree and top with yogurt and more berries, nuts, honey, coconut flakes, etc.
