Strawberry Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
Another great smoothie, perfect for these crazy hot summer days. We’ve loved having smoothies for breakfast and sometimes lunch, fills us up and keeps us cool, and they are so refreshing with all of the fruit. This one is so good, and you could substitute the strawberries for other fruit, or just not have them at all depending on your preference.
Ingredients
4 cups frozen pineapple
1-2 cups frozen strawberries
1 can coconut milk
16 oz vanilla yogurt
4 Tbsp. coconut
1-2 cups ice
1/2 – 1 cup water
Instructions

Combine the pineapple, strawberries, coconut milk, yogurt, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, serve immediately.
