Three Berry Kiwi Smoothie
This smoothie is one of our absolute favorites! It’s not crazy sweet, and has a hint of tartness if you don’t add in the maple syrup, which K loves, but I prefer a bit of sweet. We take these to work for breakfast, and they stay nice and cold and smoothie like consistency for at least an hour, which is perfect. You can add more of less of berries you like, more orange juice, etc. This recipe is so forgiving.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 – 1/2 cups orange juice
2 tsp. pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp. chai seeds

Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth
