Another win, another great recipe from The Pioneer Woman. I have 3 of her cookbooks, and stalk her blog constantly. I love her food, and even though I only know her online presence, she seems really rad. This pasta is so fast and quick, not to mention delicious. It’s one you’ll definitely want to print […]
I love surprising K with a few new, fun recipes each month. I meal plan, we get all the ingredients, then I update the menu we have weekly, so it’s all pretty new to him. I’ll find recipes and send them to him, asking if they look good, but he never knows when they’ll be […]
K absolutely loved this meal, like, not even kidding you, he kept raving about it. We were making it for him to take for lunch, but he pretty much begged to eat it right then and take something else. He NEVER does that. This is a one-pot meal, so it’s super easy. You definitely want […]
I used to buy Pierogies from the frozen isle in the grocery store, and even from a box they were divine. I found this recipe and was feeling ambitious, and K and I are both very glad that I did! These are so good! I haven’t tried freezing them and cooking them later, but I will. […]
Another recipe that K loves, and is excited to have again and again. And, honestly, soooo easy. Like, I was insanely shocked and pretty much as soon as the pasta finished cooking the meal was all put together. So, even though I hate shrimp, this is now one of my favorite meals to make, haha.
Mac & Cheese is what was recommended to us to start A on solids with, and I wasn’t a huge fan of giving her box mac & cheese right away. So, we found this recipe, and A LOVES it. I’m not even kidding, she eats more of this than any other food we give her, […]
If it isn’t obvious yet, we love fettuccini alfredo, or really any alfredo pasta, so we make many different variations of it. I love that we have so many different ones we rotate through – it helps us to not get sick of it.
This is a recipe I started to make when we were first married, and now, 5.5 years later we still love it! It’s definitely one you want to keep around, as it is delicious and fast. I’m sure you could substitute with other peppers if you wanted, but I love the taste of the reds.
